First check TikTok's Save photo option
TikTok can save photos directly in its app when the creator allows downloads. Open the photo post, tap Share → Save photo, then choose individual photos or Select all and tap Save. If Save photo is missing, TikTok says the creator does not allow that download.
In the TikTok app
Best for a post with a visible Save photo action. TikTok handles the selected slides on your device; its available controls depend on the post and creator settings.
With this page
For a public photo post you own or have permission to save, paste its link above. The independent source may return individual slide images to preview and save one by one. A public link alone does not guarantee a result.
A photo carousel and a video slideshow are different files
TikTok calls its carousel of still images Photo Mode. It can have music and a caption, but the images remain separate slides. A video that merely shows photos in sequence is still a video. This downloader reads returned photo slides; it cannot pull the original photographs back out of video frames.
Keep the slides complete and in order
- Copy the exact post link. Open a public photo post in TikTok and use Share → Copy link. A full
/@creator/photo/…URL or TikTok short share link can identify a post; a profile, username, or sound page cannot. - Compare before saving. Paste the link above and select Find photos. Check the creator, preview images, and numbered slide count against the post in TikTok. If the post has more slides than the result, treat the returned set as incomplete.
- Save the slides you need. Choose Save slide 1, Save slide 2, and so on. This page saves each returned image separately; it does not make a ZIP or a slideshow video. The downloaded extension follows the source file type, which might be JPEG, WebP, PNG, or another supported image format.
- Check your files. Open the saved images, confirm the order and legibility of small text, and keep the post link alongside them if you are archiving your own work. A browser's download location varies by device and settings.
What these image files include
Slides, not a cover
The tool displays the image array returned for a photo post. A video thumbnail is a single cover and will not be presented as a complete photo set.
Source quality, not an upgrade
Dimensions, crop, compression, visible text, and any watermark depend on the available file. Saving it cannot recreate the creator's original upload or sharpen a blurred image.
Images, not the whole post
The caption, comments, music, and posting context are separate from the image files. For available sound, use the audio downloader; for a video slideshow, use the video downloader.
When a carousel does not download as expected
“No photo slides were returned.” Is the link wrong?
Check that it opens the specific Photo Mode post, not a profile or a video of photos. A public post can also be unavailable to the independent source, or the source can return metadata without slide images. Try a fresh link later; this tool cannot access private or removed posts.
Only some slides appeared. Can the rest be recovered?
The displayed count is only what the source returned. Compare it with TikTok and do not assume the collection is complete. If TikTok offers Save photo for that post, use its selection screen to choose the missing slides. This page does not invent missing images from a cover.
The preview works, but Save slide fails. What should I try?
Source links can expire or the media host can reject a file request. Run Find photos again to refresh the URLs, then retry the individual slide. If it still fails, use TikTok's Save photo action when permitted or return to the original file if the post is yours.
Why is my file WebP or another format instead of JPG?
The server keeps the source media bytes and names the file from its returned content type. Renaming the extension does not convert the image. If your editor needs a different format, convert a copy after saving.
Saving a photo does not grant publishing rights
Use your own images or get permission for the way you plan to reuse someone else's work. Even if a post is public or a file saves successfully, credit by itself is not a license. TikTok's copyright guidance explains why permission matters. For your own archive, retain the original post link, creator name, and any caption that gives the slides meaning; the image download contains none of that context.
